October 17, 2024: Alanson, MI 49706 Atlanta Huskies (Atlanta, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Alanson Vikings (Alanson, MI), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Atlanta improves its record to 21-3 on the season. The Huskies travel to Calvary Baptist Academy (Midland, MI) to face the Kings in a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. The Kings go into the test with a record of 15-5. Calvary Baptist Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy (Saginaw, MI)
The Vikings now own a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maplewood Baptist Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 22. Alanson will face a Black Bears squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter (Brimley, MI). The Black Bears record now stands at 4-10.
