October 17, 2024: Dearborn Heights, MI 48127 Taylor Prep Tigers (Taylor, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Star International Academy Falcons (Dearborn Heights, MI), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Taylor Prep improves its record to 9-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Arbor Prep (Ypsilanti, MI) to face the Gators in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 22. The Gators go into the test with a record of 0-6.
The Falcons now own a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bay City Western for a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. Star International Academy will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Dow (Midland, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 20-9.
