North Carolina High School Football - Berry knocked off by Central Cabarrus

In Friday's league game, the Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) football team overcame the host Berry Cardinals (Charlotte, NC), by a tally of 34-15.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC) in a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A game, on Friday, October 24. Central Cabarrus will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 35-34 league win over Cox Mill (Concord, NC).

The Cardinals now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they host Olympic for a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A bout on Friday, October 24. Berry will encounter a Trojans team coming off a 42-6 league win over Harding University (Charlotte, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 6-2.
