The Birch Run Panthers football squad scored 43 points and limited the visiting Lakeville Falcons to 7 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ida for a non-league game on Friday, October 24. Birch Run will face a Bluestreaks team coming off a 28-16 league loss to Clinton (Clinton, MI). The Bluestreaks record now stands at 6-2.

The Falcons (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Clio (Clio, MI). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Clio was overwhelmed by Swartz Creek (Swartz Creek, MI), 21-20, in a non-league outing.
