California High School Football - Canyon Springs tops Citrus Hill

The Canyon Springs Cougars felled the host Citrus Hill Hawks football team by a score of 50-21 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars play the Perris Panthers (Perris, CA) in a Inland Valley challenge, on Friday, October 24. Canyon Springs will attempt to improve on its 7-1 season record. The Panthers go into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 45-19 league loss to Moreno Valley (Moreno Valley, CA).

With the defeat, Citrus Hill drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Heritage (Menifee, CA) to meet the Patriots in a Inland Valley test on Friday, October 24. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 2-6. Heritage won 55-27 in their recent league challenge against Lakeside (Lake Elsinore, CA)
