In Friday's league game, the Central Golden Eagles (Springfield, MA) football team crushed the host East Longmeadow Spartans (East Longmeadow, MA), by a score of 50-14.

With the win, Central improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Minnechaug Regional (Wilbraham, MA) to play the Falcons in a AA challenge on Friday, October 24.
