Massachusetts High School Football - Westfield trounced by Central
October 3, 2025: Springfield, MA 01109 Central Golden Eagles (Springfield, MA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Westfield Bombers (Westfield, MA), 48-6 in a league battle.
With the win, Central upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles travel to Longmeadow (Longmeadow, MA) to confront the Lancers in a AA match on Friday, October 10. The Lancers come into the match with a record of 4-1. Longmeadow won 21-17 in their recent league match against East Longmeadow (East Longmeadow, MA)
Coming up next, the Bombers confront the West Springfield Terriers (West Springfield, MA) in a AA match, on Friday, October 10. Westfield will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
