Alabama High School Football - Helena tops Chelsea

October 17, 2025: Helena, AL 35080

The Helena Huskies football squad scored 21 points and limited the visiting Chelsea Hornets to 9 in the Huskies league triumph on Friday.

The Huskies now sport a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Calera for a 6A Region 3 challenge on Friday, October 24. Helena will face a Eagles team coming off a 42-13 league loss to Spain Park (Hoover, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 2-6.

The Hornets (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Benjamin Russell (Alexander City, AL). The Wildcats come into the 6A Region 3 test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Benjamin Russell topped Pelham (Pelham, AL), 32-7, in a league test.
