With the win, Benjamin Russell advances its record to 8-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Percy Julian (Montgomery, AL) to encounter the Phoenix in a non-league match on Friday, October 31. The Phoenix enter the match with a record of 3-6. Percy Julian won 14-7 in their recent league match against Park Crossing (Montgomery, AL)

Coming up next, the Hornets confront the Oak Mountain Eagles (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 30. Chelsea will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 3-6 record after their 25-23 league loss to Hillcrest (Tuscaloosa, AL).
