The Glendale Vikings felled the host Curwensville Golden Tide football team by a score of 34-20 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings meet the Northern Bedford County Panthers (Loysburg, PA) in a non-league test, on Friday, October 24. Glendale will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 2-7 record after their 28-21 league win over Windber (Windber, PA).

The Golden Tide (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Tussey Mountain (Saxton, PA). The Titans go into the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Tussey Mountain toppled Clear Spring (Clear Spring, MD), 21-14, in a non-league challenge.
