The Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels edged the visiting Glendale Vikings football team by a score of 14-12 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Black Knights/Damsels face the Mount Union Trojans (Mount Union, PA) in a Inter-County - North outing, on Friday, September 19. Moshannon Valley will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Trojans come into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 48-6 league win over West Branch (Morrisdale, PA).

With the defeat, Glendale drops to 0-4 on the campaign.
