October 17, 2025: Dunellen, NJ 08812 The Dayton Bulldogs walloped the host Dunellen Destroyers football team by a score of 48-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Brearley Bears (Kenilworth, NJ) in a Big Central - Freedom Gold challenge, on Saturday, October 25. Dayton will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 27-9 non-league loss to Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ).
The Destroyers (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against South Hunterdon (Lambertville, NJ). The Eagles come into the Big Central - Freedom Silver outing with a 0-7 record. In their last outing, South Hunterdon was overwhelmed by Spotswood (Spotswood, NJ), 41-8, in a non-league outing.
