The San Jacinto Valley Academy Wolves edged the host Desert Chapel Eagles football team by a score of 47-41 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolves face the Nuview Bridge Knights (Nuevo, CA) in a Manzanita outing, on Thursday, October 23. San Jacinto Valley Academy will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Knights come into the outing with a 2-6 record after their 50-6 league loss to Vasquez (Acton, CA).

With the defeat, Desert Chapel drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Vasquez (Acton, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a Manzanita outing on Friday, October 24. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 7-1. Vasquez won 50-6 in their recent league game against Nuview Bridge (Nuevo, CA)
