California High School Football - San Jacinto Valley Academy knocked off by Vasquez

September 18, 2025: Acton, CA 93510

In Thursday's league game, the Vasquez Mustangs (Acton, CA) football team overcame the visiting San Jacinto Valley Academy Wolves (San Jacinto, CA), by a tally of 38-13.

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the California Military Institute Rough Riders (Perris, CA) in a Manzanita outing, on Friday, September 26. Vasquez will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Rough Riders come into the outing with a 0-5 record after their 50-0 league loss to Desert Christian Academy (Bermuda Dunes, CA).

With the defeat, San Jacinto Valley Academy drops to 2-3 on the year. The Wolves host Temecula Prep (Winchester, CA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 25. The Patriots enter the contest with a record of 0-4. Temecula Prep lost 17-10 in their recent non-league contest against Rubidoux (Jurupa Valley, CA)
