North Carolina High School Football - Grimsley trounces Page

October 17, 2025: Greensboro, NC 27405

In Friday's league match, the visiting Grimsley Whirlies football team scored a big 48-14 win over the Page Pirates.

In their next game, the Whirlies play the Dudley Panthers (Greensboro, NC) in a Metro 6A/7A challenge, on Friday, October 24. Grimsley will attempt to improve on its 8-0 season record. The Panthers go into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 54-0 league win over Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC).

The Pirates (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC). The Golden Eagles go into the Metro 6A/7A challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Ben L. Smith was ripped by Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC), 20-6, in a league challenge.
