October 17, 2025: Hannibal, MO 63401 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Hannibal Pirates (Hannibal, MO) and the visiting Marshall Owls (Marshall, MO), witnessed Hannibal's football squad wallop Marshall by a tally of 51-6.
The Pirates (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Zumwalt West (O'Fallon, MO). The Jaguars go into the non-league bout with a 5-3 record. In their last bout, Fort Zumwalt West smashed Timberland (Wentzville, MO), 30-7, in a league bout.
The Owls now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Smith-Cotton for a non-league bout on Friday, October 24. Marshall will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 47-7 league loss to Helias (Jefferson City, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.
