Mississippi High School Football - Marshall Academy trounces West Memphis Christian

October 17, 2025: Holly Springs, MS 38635

In Friday's league match, the host Marshall Academy Patriots football team scored a big 54-8 win over the West Memphis Christian Black Knights.

In their next game, the Patriots play the Rossville Christian Academy Wolves (Rossville, TN) in a MAIS 3A District 1 challenge, on Friday, October 24. Marshall Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-1 season record. The Wolves go into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 35-21 non-league loss to Tupelo Christian Prep (Belden, MS).

The Black Knights (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Washington (Greenville, MS). The Generals come into the MAIS 3A District 1 test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Washington triumphed over St. Joseph (Greenville, MS), 38-15, in a non-league test.
