The Sipsey Valley Bears (Buhl, AL) football trounced the visiting Montevallo Bulldogs (Montevallo, AL), 62-28 in Friday's league outing.

In their next game, the Bears face the Selma Saints (Selma, AL) in a 5A Region 3 game, on Friday, October 24. Sipsey Valley will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Saints enter the game with a 2-6 record after their 38-14 league loss to Shelby County (Columbiana, AL).
