North Carolina High School Football - Northwest Halifax defeated by Northampton County

The Northampton County Jaguars were victorious over the visiting Northwest Halifax Vikings football team by a score of 34-6 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Jaguars face the Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy Trojans (Halifax, NC) in a Roanoke River 1A/2A challenge, on Friday, October 24. Northampton County will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 50-0 league loss to KIPP Pride (Gaston, NC).

The Vikings (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Weldon (Weldon, NC). The Chargers enter the Roanoke River 1A/2A challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Weldon fell by Warren County (Warrenton, NC), 63-0, in a league challenge.
