North Carolina High School Football - Northampton County tops Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy

October 24, 2025: Gaston, NC 27832

The Northampton County Jaguars football squad scored 34 points and limited the visiting Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy Trojans to 20 in the Jaguars league triumph on Friday.

The Jaguars now hold a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to KIPP Pride for a Roanoke River 1A/2A challenge on Thursday, October 30. Northampton County will face a Pride team coming off a 30-28 league win over Warren County (Warrenton, NC). The Pride record now stands at 9-0.

The Trojans (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Weldon (Weldon, NC). The Chargers go into the Roanoke River 1A/2A challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Weldon lost by Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC), 54-6, in a league challenge.
