In Friday's league match, the visiting Rolling Meadows Mustangs football squad scored a decisive 63-0 triumph over the Wheeling Wildcats.

The Mustangs (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL). The Huskies come into the Mid-Suburban - East match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Hersey routed Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL), 38-34, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Wildcats meet the Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL) in a Mid-Suburban - East challenge, on Friday, October 24. Wheeling will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Bison go into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 10-4 league loss to Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL).
