The Thorndale Bulldogs football squad scored 28 points and limited the host San Saba Armadillos to 24 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Johnson City for a 2A-1 Region IV District 14 challenge on Friday, October 24. Thorndale will face a Eagles team coming off a 49-28 league win over Holland (Holland, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-3.

The Armadillos (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Harper (Harper, TX). The Longhorns enter the 2A-1 Region IV District 14 challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Harper was edged by Mason (Mason, TX), 54-7, in a league challenge.
