North Carolina High School Football - Seaforth thwarts South Granville
October 17, 2025: Pittsboro, NC 27312 Seaforth Hawks (Pittsboro, NC) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting South Granville Vikings (Creedmoor, NC), 27-7 in a league battle.
With the win, Seaforth advances its record to 4-4 on the season. The Hawks travel to J.F. Webb (Oxford, NC) to play the Warriors in a Big Seven 4A/5A battle on Friday, October 24. The Warriors go into the battle with a record of 6-2. J.F. Webb won 64-19 in their recent league battle against Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC)
The Vikings now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Orange for a Big Seven 4A/5A match on Friday, October 24. South Granville will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 38-12 league win over Carrboro (Carrboro, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 1-7.
