Illinois High School Soccer - Arthur-Okaw Christian nudges Westlake Christian Academy
October 17, 2025: Grayslake, IL 60030 In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Arthur-Okaw Christian Conquering Riders soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Westlake Christian Academy Eagles.
The Conquering Riders (10-7) will now prepare for their outing against Quad Cities Christian (Moline, IL). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 17-2 record. In their last outing, Quad Cities Christian got by Riverdale (Port Byron, IL), 5-3, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Victory Christian Academy Lions (Valparaiso, IN) in a non-league test, on Friday, October 17. Westlake Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 7-10 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 4-10 record after their 0-0 non-league Berrien County Coyotes (Stevensville, MI).
