Illinois High School Soccer - Westlake Christian Academy knocks off Victory Christian Academy
October 17, 2025: Grayslake, IL 60030 In Friday's non-league outing, the host Westlake Christian Academy Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Victory Christian Academy Lions.
The Eagles (7-10) will now prepare for their outing against Quad Cities Christian (Moline, IL). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 17-2 record. In their last outing, Quad Cities Christian got by Riverdale (Port Byron, IL), 5-3, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Lions play the Arthur-Okaw Christian Conquering Riders (Arthur, IL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 18. Victory Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record. The Conquering Riders go into the outing with a 9-7 record after their 5-0 non-league win over MacArthur (Decatur, IL).
