In Friday's non-league match, the Sandy Spring Friends Wildebeests (Sandy Spring, MD) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Field Falcons (Washington, DC), by a count of 3-2.

Next up, the Wildebeests battle the Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets (Spencerville, MD) in a Potomac Valley battle, on Monday, October 20. Sandy Spring Friends will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record.
