The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Richmond-Burton Rockets (Richmond, IL) and the visiting Freeport Pretzels (Freeport, IL), saw Richmond-Burton's volleyball squad notch a victory over Freeport by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Richmond-Burton improves its record to 25-6 on the season. The Rockets travel to Antioch (Antioch, IL) to encounter the Sequoits in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 18. The Sequoits enter the contest with a record of 8-20. Antioch won 2-0 in their recent league contest against Round Lake (Round Lake, IL)

Next, the Pretzels meet the Dunlap Eagles (Dunlap, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 18. Freeport will attempt to upgrade on its 9-17 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 20-8 record after their 2-0 league loss to Washington (Washington, IL).
