The Polo Marcos (Polo, IL) volleyball overcame the host Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders (Ashton, IL), 2-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Polo upgrades its record to 10-15 on the year. The Marcos host Forreston (Forreston, IL) to face the Cardinals in a Northwest Upstate Illini outing on Thursday, October 20. The Cardinals go into the outing with a record of 24-9. Forreston won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Milledgeville (Milledgeville, IL)

The Raiders now own a 4-23 record. They play next when they travel to Hiawatha for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 22. Ashton-Franklin Center will face a Hawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to South Beloit (South Beloit, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 8-13.
