October 18, 2022: Dilley, TX 78017 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Lytle Pirates (Lytle, TX) and the host Dilley Wolves (Dilley, TX), saw Lytle's volleyball squad beat Dilley by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Lytle upgrades its record to 19-13 on the year. The Pirates travel to Natalia (Natalia, TX) to play the Mustangs in a 3A Region IV District 28 bout on Friday, October 21. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-20. Natalia lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Crystal City (Crystal City, TX)
The Wolves now own a 7-15 record. They play next when they travel to Cotulla for a 3A Region IV District 28 bout on Friday, October 21. Dilley will play a Cowboys squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Hondo (Hondo, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 11-20.
