October 18, 2024: Avalon, TX 76623 Avalon Eagles (Avalon, TX) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Milford Bulldogs (Milford, TX), 64-14 in a league battle.
With the win, Avalon improves its record to 7-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Walnut Springs (Walnut Springs, TX) to play the Hornets in a 1A 6 Man 1 Region III District 9 (6 Man) battle on Friday, October 25. The Hornets go into the battle with a record of 3-5. Walnut Springs lost 72-50 in their recent league battle against Covington (Covington, TX)
