The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Riverfield Academy Raiders (Rayville, LA) and the host Canton Academy Panthers (Canton, MS), witnessed Riverfield Academy's football squad topple Canton Academy by a count of 29-6.

The Raiders (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph (Greenville, MS). The Fighting Irish enter the MAIS 3A District 3 contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, St. Joseph was outscored by Adams County Christian (Natchez, MS), 30-16, in a non-league contest.
