October 18, 2024: Philadelphia, MS 39350 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Choctaw Central Warriors (Philadelphia, MS) and the visiting Leake Central Gators (Carthage, MS), witnessed Choctaw Central's football squad topple Leake Central by a count of 27-16.
The Warriors (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against West Lauderdale (Collinsville, MS). The Knights enter the 4A Region 4 contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, West Lauderdale thwarted Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS), 54-14, in a league contest.
