October 11, 2024: Decatur, MS 39327 In Friday's league game, the Newton County Cougars (Decatur, MS) football team overcame the visiting Choctaw Central Warriors (Philadelphia, MS), by a tally of 37-13.
In their next game, the Cougars battle the Leake Central Gators (Carthage, MS) in a 4A Region 4 game, on Friday, October 25. Newton County will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record.
