The Neshoba Central Rockets football squad scored 19 points and limited the visiting Columbus Falcons to 14 in the Rockets league triumph on Friday.

The Rockets now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warren Central for a 6A Region 2 test on Friday, October 25. Neshoba Central will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 21-13 league win over Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS). The Vikings record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Columbus drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Falcons host Ridgeland (Ridgeland, MS) to meet the Titans in a 6A Region 2 test on Friday, October 25. The Titans come into the test with a record of 4-3. Ridgeland won 19-12 in their recent league test against Callaway (Jackson, MS)
