Mississippi High School Football - Warren Central tops Neshoba Central

The Warren Central Vikings football squad scored 19 points and limited the visiting Neshoba Central Rockets to 7 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now hold a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Callaway for a 6A Region 2 test on Friday, November 1. Warren Central will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 20-14 league win over Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS). The Chargers record now stands at 4-5.

With the defeat, Neshoba Central drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Ridgeland (Ridgeland, MS) to meet the Titans in a 6A Region 2 test on Friday, November 1. The Titans come into the test with a record of 5-3. Ridgeland won 41-26 in their recent league test against Columbus (Columbus, MS)
