In Friday's league game, the Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains (Bascom, OH) football team triumphed over the visiting Woodmore Wildcats (Elmore, OH), by a tally of 57-0.

In their next game, the Chieftains face the Calvert Senecas (Tiffin, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River game, on Friday, October 25. Hopewell-Loudon will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record. The Senecas enter the game with a 6-3 record after their 42-6 league win over Willard (Willard, OH).
