The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Riverside Academy Rebels (Reserve, LA) and the host West St. John Rams (Edgard, LA), witnessed Riverside Academy's football squad wallop West St. John by a count of 41-6.

The Rebels (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Central Catholic (Morgan City, LA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Central Catholic crushed Centerville (Centerville, LA), 41-8, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Rams confront the St. Martin's Episcopal Saints (Metairie, LA) in a 1A District 10 contest, on Friday, October 25. West St. John will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Saints enter the contest with a 6-2 record after their 52-0 league win over Crescent City Christian (Metairie, LA).
