The Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO) football tipped the host Rock Canyon Jaguars (Highlands Ranch, CO), 20-17 in Saturday's league outing.

The Sabercats now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host ThunderRidge for a 5A South Metro outing on Thursday, October 23. Castle View will clash with a Grizzlies squad coming off a 49-7 league loss to Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-5.

With the defeat, Rock Canyon drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO) to battle the Golden Eagles in a 5A South Metro game on Friday, October 24. The Golden Eagles enter the game with a record of 8-0. Mountain Vista won 62-7 in their recent league outing against Fruita Monument (Fruita, CO)
