The Central Falls Warriors football squad (Central Falls, RI), was nudged 16-14 in Saturday's league contest with the visiting Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI)

The Thunderbolts (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Huskies enter the Division III contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Mt. Hope got by Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI), 52-16, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Warriors battle the Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 24. Central Falls will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Islanders go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 47-0 league loss to West Warwick (West Warwick, RI).
