The Riverhead Blue Waves tipped the visiting Patchogue-Medford Raiders football squad by a margin of 12-6 in Saturday's league outing.

The Blue Waves now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Walt Whitman for a Section 11 Division I outing on Saturday, October 25. Riverhead will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 15-14 league win over Longwood (Middle Island, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-2.
