Dell Rapids Quarriers (Dell Rapids, SD) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Sioux Falls Christian Chargers (Sioux Falls, SD), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Quarriers (22-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 25-3 record. In their last challenge, Dakota Valley edged Lennox (Lennox, SD), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Chargers play the Harrisburg Tigers (Harrisburg, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 21. Sioux Falls Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 19-9 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 22-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Aberdeen Central (Aberdeen, SD).
