October 19, 2024: Lincoln, NH 03251 Newfound Regional Bears (Bristol, NH) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Lin-Wood Lumberjacks (Lincoln, NH), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Newfound Regional advances its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Berlin (Berlin, NH) to clash with the Mountaineers in a Division III test on Tuesday, October 22. The Mountaineers come into the test with a record of 3-9. Berlin lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Raymond (Raymond, NH)
The Lumberjacks now have a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Groveton for a Division IV test on Wednesday, October 23. Lin-Wood will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Profile (Bethlehem, NH). The Eagles record now stands at 3-11.
