North Carolina High School Volleyball - South Caldwell Watauga
October 2, 2023: Hudson, NC 28638 The Watauga Pioneers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host South Caldwell Spartans to 0 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Monday.
The Pioneers now have a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alexander Central for a game on Wednesday, October 4. Watauga will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 9-5.
The Spartans (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Freedom (Morganton, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 2-11 record. In their last game, Freedom dropped by Hibriten (Lenoir, NC), 2-1, in a non-league game.
