The Berne-Knox-Westerlo Bulldogs held off the host Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville Wolves volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canajoharie/Fort Plain for a Section 2 Western - Northern test on Wednesday, October 4.
The Wolves (5-9) will now prepare for their test against Mayfield (Mayfield, NY). The Panthers enter the Section 2 Western - Northern test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Mayfield held off Duanesburg (Delanson, NY), 2-0, in a non-league test.
