With the win, Mt. Hope upgrades its record to 8-2 on the year. The Huskies host Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI) to face the Chieftains in a Division 2 outing on Wednesday, October 4. The Chieftains go into the outing with a record of 2-7. Ponaganset lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against St. Mary Academy-Bay View (East Providence, RI)
The Patriots now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln for a Division 2 outing on Wednesday, October 4. Pilgrim will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to East Providence (East Providence, RI). The Lions record now stands at 4-5.
