October 2, 2023: West Monroe, LA 71292 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the West Ouachita Chiefs (West Monroe, LA) and the visiting West Monroe Rebels (West Monroe, LA), saw West Ouachita's volleyball squad nip West Monroe by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, West Ouachita upgrades its record to 19-5 on the year. The Chiefs travel to Northwood (Shreveport, LA) to play the Falcons in a Division II District 1 bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Northwood won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Mansfield (Mansfield, LA)
The Rebels now own a 4-21 record. They play next when they travel to Alexandria for a bout on Tuesday, October 3.
