In Thursday's league match, the visiting Wicomico Indians football squad scored a decisive 35-0 triumph over the Parkside Rams.

The Indians (5-0) will now prepare for their match against North Caroline (Ridgely, MD). The Bulldogs come into the Class 2A East match with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, North Caroline was ripped by Kent Island (Stevensville, MD), 40-17, in a non-league battle.

The Rams now have a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Kent Island for a non-league battle on Friday, October 10. Parkside will play a Buccaneers team coming off a 40-17 non-league win over North Caroline (Ridgely, MD). The Buccaneers record now stands at 3-2.
