The Griffins (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Edison (Huntington Beach, CA). The Chargers come into the match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, Edison was routed by Capistrano Valley (Mission Viejo, CA), 33-20, in a non-league battle.
The Golden Knights now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to St. Paul for a battle on Thursday, October 9. St. Francis will play a Swordsmen team coming off a 36-27 league win over Cathedral (Los Angeles, CA). The Swordsmen record now stands at 1-5.
