California High School Football - St. Francis crushed by St. Paul
October 9, 2025: La Canada, CA 91011 The St. Paul Swordsmen walloped the host St. Francis Golden Knights football team by a score of 62-14 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Swordsmen now hold a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy for a test on Thursday, October 16. St. Paul will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 27-22 non-league loss to Trabuco Hills (Mission Viejo, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, St. Francis drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Golden knights travel to Simi Valley (Simi Valley, CA) to meet the Pioneers in a non-league test on Thursday, October 30. The Pioneers come into the test with a record of 5-2.
