The Panthers now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maiden for a non-league game on Thursday, October 9. Hibriten will face a Blue Devils team coming off a 40-34 non-league loss to Hickory (Hickory, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-2.
The Trojans (3-2) will now prepare for their game against East Rutherford (Bostic, NC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, East Rutherford was overwhelmed by Hibriten (Lenoir, NC), 27-26, in a non-league outing.
